Our various experiences in integration, during the study conducted in the frame of the « RFID Laboratory » of GS1 as well as during the pilot phase or deployment phase at other client’s ( Baxter, DCNS, Pierret System, GSK, F1 Spa Grand Prix, Arcelor Mittal, Smart Flow Pooling, ASCO, Puratos, Sanofi Aventis, Total, Renault, IBM, HP, Microsoft, EuroPool, L’Oréal, Norbert Dentressange, Alcan, Agence Bxl Propreté, SNCF, ING, etc.) as well as during our partnership relationships with various manufacturers, allowed us to develop a knowledge and skill with most of the RFID materials existing on the market (active and passive along the frequency range).
On the other side, our internal R&D department is able to redevelop certain existing modules on an individual basis in order to obtain the material specifically matching environmental characteristics where the solution must be applied.
RFIDEA works with an extensive network of partners. We can therefore offer you the hardware solution adapted to your needs. If your problem requires a hardware solution that does not exist, our electronic engineering team can design a customised solution!
For example, RFIDEA has developed the Argus, an Automatic Activation Device (or AAD). In skydiving terminology, an AAD refers to an electronic-pyrotechnic or a mechanical device that automatically opens the main or reserve parachute at a preset altitude or after a preset time. AADs are typically used to open the reserve parachute container below a preset altitude when they detect that the user's descent rate exceeds the preset activation speed. This indicates that the user has not opened his parachute, or that the parachute is malfunctioning and is not slowing the descent rate sufficiently.
The Argus was developed with advanced functionalities:
